Dip Conductivity Cell

A dip Conductivity cell a conductivity cell designed to be immersed into an open tank or other unpressurised vessel.

Our dip conductivity cells are available with a wide range of conductivity cell constants varying from K=0.1 to K=10.0 for use with clean water and process solutions respectively. For our conductivtiy dip cells we recommend using a K=0.1 cell for a conductivity range of 0 - 10mS, K=1.0 for a range of 0 - 100mS and a K=10.0 cell for use with a range of 0 - 1000mS depending upon the conductivity instrument in use.

High Linearity Dip Conductivity Cells

Our D1 conductivity cells have specially engineered cell surfaces to optimise for linearity. Combined with the polarisation frequency from our conductivity controllers this ensures that the conductivity readings are highly linear across the measuring range of 5.00µS through to 1000mS depending upon the cell constant and instrument.

Our D2 conductivity cells are standard cells and available with a choice of riser tube, constructed in either PVC, cPVC, Stainless Steel or PVDF upon request. Depending upon the chosen cell constant these offer a conductivity range up to 50mS.

Dip Conductivity Cells With Automatic Temperature Compensation

All of our Dip Conductivity cells are available with automatic temperature compensation to ensure accurate conductivity measurement where  fluctuations in the temperature of the measured solution can occur. When ordering dip Conductivity cells with temperature compensation please specify the instrument that you're planning to use so we can ensure compatibility.
