Certified Conductivity Calibration Solution
Our Conductivity calibration solution is a solution with a known conductivity value which can be used to calibrate conductivity cells to conductivity instruments. We're able to certify our conductivity calibration solution to UK National Standards, to ensure compliance with any internal or external audit.
Our conductivity sensors are factory tested prior to despatch, and are available complete with certificates of test, where applicable.
When operating in laboratory or industrial environments, preventative maintenance and periodic calibration may be required, particularly where solutions with a high conductivity are being measured.
After maintenance has taken place it is strongly advised to calibrate the Conductivity Cell for use with the measuring instrument, especially if routine cleaning of the conductivity sensor has taken place. Calibration of the conductivity cell normally takes place by immersing the Conductivity Cell in the conductivity calibration solution for a period of time, and ensuring that the instrument reflects the value of the Conductivity Calibration solution. This is a relatively straight forward task that can be completed by the operator.
