Conductivity Controller and Resistivity Controller Range
A Conductivity Controller is designed to work as an automated device to control external devices based on the measured Conductivity value. Our Conductivity controllers offer a range of control options and are available in a number of different configurations including Surface Mounted Conductivity Controller configuration and as a Panel Mounted Conductivity controller configuration.
Our range of Conductivity Controllers are all able to work with a range of conductivity cells and with a range of cell constants (K values), with or without temperature compensation.
All of our Conductivity controllers are able to measure across a range of conductivity values, with many offering auto-ranging or manual ranging across the desired range.
Conductivity Measurement and Control.
The Conductivity controllers offer a number of different control options which can include on / off control relays, PID Control, as well as expandable 4-20mA signal transmission. These output signals are often used in combination with dosing pumps, solenoid valves and actuated positioning valves to ensure precise control based on the conductivity value.
In addition to our conductivity controller range we also offer a resistivity controller. This device is designed for measuring solutions with exceptionally low conductivity values. Our resistivity controller is able to offer the measured value in either the SI unit of nS (nano-siemens) or the SI unit of Resistance in Meg-Ohms (MΩ) depending whether we're measuring the solutions conductance or the solutions resistance.
Designed to offer the highest possible accuracy of the solutions conductivity or resistivity our resistivity controller uses a derived look-up table to accurately compensate the solutions measurement value against the measured temperature.
Conductivity Controller Range
The C3645 is a simple to operate Conductivity Controller, available in surface mounting or din-rail mounting configurations; offering precision conductivity measurement and control.
With a control relay with delay timer the C3645 can operate pumps and valves when a designated conductivity value is reached.
The C3645 has automatic temperature compensation and an isolated 4-20mA for use with PLC's and digital chart recorders.
The following ranges are available:-
- 0 - 200µS
- 0 - 2000µS
- 0 - 20mS
The C7335 is a small compact conductivity controller for panel mounting, which is also available in a surface mounting enclosure
The C7335 has 2 x control relays, an isolated 4-20mA current output and an alarm relay. With precision measurement and temperature compensation the C7335 is a powerful conductivity controller in small packaging.
The C7335 allows the user to select the cell constant (K value) and also has user selectable measuring ranges. The ranges available are between 0 - 2.000µS to 0 - 1000.0mS
The C7635 Conductivity controller with 2 control relays and isolated 4-20mA output is an excellent panel mounting instrument, and is also available in surface mounting configuration.
The C7635 also includes an alarm relay and the isolated 4-20mA output can be outputted across the user selectable range.
With an adjustable cell constant and user selectable ranges the C7635 can monitor the conductivity across ranges between 0 - 2.000µS to 0 - 1000.0mS
The C7685 is a panel mounting auto-ranging conductivity controller
The C7685 controller has a proportional and expandable isolated 4-20mA output - this allows the user to gain detailed monitoring and control a very specific conductiivty range.
The C7685 auto-raning conductivity controller also includes 2 x control relays and an alarm relay.
The C7685 allows the user to select the desired cell constant and has an operating range between 0 - 2.000µS to 0 - 200.0mS
The C7685-001 is a Resistivity Meter / Controller. We use the term resistivity as when a solution a very low conductivity, such as ultra-pure water, we tend to quote the resistivity value rather in MegOhms (MΩ) rather than the conductivity in MicroSiemens or NanoSiemnes (µS / nS)
The C7685-001 can offer the measurement in MegOhms or Nano-siemens / MicroSiemens as decieded by the operator and offers auto-ranging between the values.
As a high linearity instrument the C7685-001 can work with a cell constant of K=0.01 and is user selectable between K=0.01 and K=10.0 giving an effective range of 0 - 200.0nS to 0 - 20.00mS
The C7685.001 is auto-ranging, features an isolated 4-20mA output, control relays and an alarm relay.
Temperature compensation is slightly different on the C7685-001 - giving a very precise compensation of temperature affects on ultra-pure water.
