Liquid Level Electrode

The LE10/5 Level Electrode Holder is a robust and versatile solution for accurate liquid level control in challenging environments such as wastewater sumps, industrial trade effluent tanks, and corrosive process applications.

Engineered to IP65 standards for reliable outdoor use, the LE10/5 features a corrosion-resistant PVC housing with flange mounting to WA standard. Designed to hold up to five 8mm Ø electrodes, each electrode is secured with a brass connector that can be fully sealed to prevent condensation from entering the housing.

Electrodes are supplied in 316 stainless steel as standard, up to 3.0 metres long, with optional PPA plastic coating (WRAS approved) for drinking water applications. For deeper installations, threaded electrodes, connectors, and steady brackets are available. For highly corrosive or aggressive effluents, electrodes can be manufactured in titanium or Hastelloy for superior chemical resistance.

The LE10/5 is fully compatible with the AWE Instruments ALC1101 Level Controller, making it ideal for a wide range of control applications, including:

• High-level alarm with reset and earth electrodes

• Low-level alarm with reset and earth electrodes

• Automatic pump control between two levels with earth electrode and fail-safe selector switch (fill or empty)
