Measurement and Control in Pharmaceutical Applications
As with all of the industries that we work in, the pharmaceutical industry places high demands on instrumentation and sensor suppliers with industry specific requirements.
We supply our customers in the pharmaceutical industry with a range of equipment designed specifically for use in pharmaceutical applications.
We offer a range of autoclavable pH electrodes, dissolved oxygen sensors and other steam sterilisable sensors. In addition, our conductivity sensors can be manufactured in 316 Stainless Steel with tri-clamp fittings and other types of hygiene fittings as required.
As well as providing pH and conductivity equipment for use in the pharmaceutical industry, we also offer a number of bespoke solutions. These include level 316 Stainless Steel sensors with hygiene fittings as well as many other types of measurement and control equipment.
We understand many of the requirements for operating in a sector which places high demands on equipment suppliers and are able to ensure that the quality of our equipment meets these demands, particularly on the insistence upon high quality, reliable and repeatable instrumentation and sensors.
We've worked on a number of systems in the pharmaceutical space, providing equipment relating to pH, Dissolved Oxygen, level and temperature, each of which have been manufactured to pharmaceutical standards. We've provided autoclavable or steam sterilisable pH electrodes, autoclavable dissolved oxygen sensors and autoclavable temperature sensors, specifically for pharmaceutical applications.
Ironically with our work in cooling water controllers designed to prevent the spread of legionella, some of our equipment in the pharmaceutical sector has actually been used for pathogen synthesis.
