TLZ11

Panel Mounted Temperature Controller

Panel mounted temperature controller model TLZ11

The TLZ11 panel mounted temperature controller with large 4 digit display; 1 x control relay and a temperature measuring range from 0°C to + 100°C.

Temperature Controller TLZ11 Introduction

The TLZ11 is a temperature controller, designed to be panel mounted to give a visual indication of the measured temperature and a control via an On/Off control relay.

The microprocessor temperature controller allows for a number of control options to be executed for either heating or cooling applications.

Input in the TLZ11 is from a Platinum Resistance Thermometer (PRT) device only, and a PT1000 temperature sensor must be used.  Any of the temperature sensors within our range can be fitted with a PT1000 Temperature Sensor to ensure compatibility.

The TLZ11 is a cost effective panel mounted temperature controller with setpoints and associated On/Off control relays which are user selectable from the front programming menu. The TLZ11 is suitable for both heating and cooling applications with the software programmable to suit either application.

With a bright LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) the TLZ11 displays the current temperature and is easily viewed from across a production line; visible even in bright sunlight.

The K39T temperature controller for panel mounting is fitted with a switch mode power supply, suitable for a voltage of 100 - 240 VAC and a measuring range from 0°C to + 100°C.

Temperature Controller TLZ11 Setpoints and Relay Outputs

The TLZ11 temperature controller includes a setpoint with an associated control relay.  The relay output is the SPDT type and can be used for high or low operation, with controls suitable for either heating or cooling devices.  The output relay is 6A, rated at 230 VAC, of the SPDT type.

Panel Mounted Temperature Controller TLZ11

The TLZ11 is designed to be panel mounted for a cut-out of 71mm wide x 29mm height with dimensions of 75mm W x 33mm H x 64mm D and is suitable for a supply voltage of 100 to 240 VAC.

The programming functionality take place on the microprocessor driven menu with push button operation.  The menu's are logically driven and reveal a host of control functionality including counters and timers.

Temperature Controller TLZ11 Inputs

As a cost effective panel mounted temperature controller providing measurement and control over a limited temperature range, the TLZ11 temperature controller is compatible with a PRT type PT1000 only, from our temperature sensor range.
