Liquid Level Electrode

The LE10/1 level electrode holder is a robust solution designed for reliable liquid level measurement in wastewater sumps, tanks, sewage, and industrial trade effluent. Constructed from corrosion-resistant PVC and rated IP65 for outdoor use, it ensures durability in challenging environments.

Redesigned to hold a 3/4” pipe electrode (26.7 mm diameter, 2.87 mm wall thickness), the threaded electrode is secured with a sealed cap to prevent condensation inside the housing. Standard electrodes are 3.0 metres long, made from 316 stainless steel, and can be coated with PPA plastic, including WRAS-approved options for drinking water applications. For deeper installations, electrodes threaded at both ends are available along with connectors and steady brackets.

For industrial effluent with corrosive liquids, LE10/1 electrodes are offered in titanium or Hastelloy for superior chemical resistance. The holder is compatible with the AWE Instruments ALC1101 level controller, supporting a variety of control configurations: high alarm with reset, low alarm with reset, or pump control between two levels with fail-safe fill or empty options.

Additional features include flange mounting to WA standard, optional couplings and steady brackets, and versatile mounting brackets for flexible installation.
