Industrial Redox Probe R8000-10B introduction

The R8000-10B is designed to be incorporated into a number of industrial applications where Redox measurement is process critical.

As an industrial Redox probe the R8000-10B has been manufactured with a front mounting 3/4" male thread for inline installation as well as a rear mounting 3/4" thread for mounting into a riser tube to become a submersion mounted Redox sensor for use in open tanks and vessels.

The R8000-10B uses our platinum disc technology paired with the magna flow non-fouling reference to ensure that the probe is virtually indestructible during normal usage. The flat platinum disc and ceramic tuff-tip give the probe a very minimal lateral exposure, so where solids are present in an inline installation, or have velocity when under agitation in a process vessel, the probe is resistant to any damage occurring.

The industrial Redox probe is manufactured in chemically resistant PVDF (Kynar) and has a double junction to resist electrode poisoning. The high temperature reference polymer is suitable for high temperature operation ensuring that the R8000-10B has an operational temperature from 0 - 100ºC.

The R8000-10B industrial Redox probe is designed to be installed into a process whether inline or dip mounting and offer accurate redox measurements and a rapid response to changing Redox values.

With our non fouling manga flow tuff-tip reference the Redox probe only needs to be removed from the process for periodic calibration and cleaning. With the flat platinum disc design combined with the tuff tip - the R8000-10B is virtually unbreakable even in the toughest industrial environments.

The body of the pH probe is manufactured from tough Kynar (PVDF) for increased chemical resistance and ensures that the R8000-10B is able to operate across a temperature range of 0 - 100ºC.

As standard the R8000-10B is fitted with 10 feet of connecting cable and BNC process connector for simple connection to a Redox instrument.

Double junction with silver-silver-chloride (Ag-AgCl) reference to prevent electrode poisoning while maintaining precision pH readings and rapid response to changes in pH values for process critical industrial applications.
