CP621-01 Insertion Conductivity Cell Introduction

The CP621-01 is an electrolytic conductivity measuring cell, designed for installation into plastic pipework, tanks or vessels for continuous conductivity measurement of clean water applications.

The CP621-01 is manufactured in cPVC, epoxy and with carbon graphite electrodes. The CP621-01 is designed to operate at a temperature of up to 50°C and a pressure of 5 Bar at 20°C.

With a cell constant of K=0.1, the CP621-01 is designed for measuring relatively low conductivity solutions for clean water applications. The CP621-01 has an upper range of 2.0mS (2000µS). For temperature compensation purposes, the CP621-01 is available with an integrated automatic temperature measuring device. Please check with us to ensure compatibility with your chosen instrument.

The CP621-01 carries a threaded boss and a removable head which allows for simple installation into process vessels or pipework. The removable or unmountable head is particularly useful for the periodic calibration or cleaning of the conductivity sensor.

The thread boss is 3/4" BSP male, allowing the CP621-01 to be simply screwed into the required process.

With a range of 0 - 2000µS, the CP621-01 it is often paired with our C7635 and C7685 conductivity controllers.
