Cold water meter range with digital output and flow totalisation

 

Cold Water Meter

Our range of cold water meters are designed to measure the volume of cold clean water, such as towns water passing through the water meter. The temperature of the water passing through the water meter can be up to 30°C and a pressure of 10 Bar.

Designed for process control applications our cold water meter range are commonly used on supply water flowing into a water softener, evaporative cooling tower, metal finishing line, or any other piece of process plant requiring the volume of water in it to be accurately measured and totalised.

Cold Water Meter Installation

Our cold water meters are supplied with BSP threaded couplings allowing the water meters to be directly installed into pipework as a permanent measuring device.

The high sensitivity turbine drives a large accurate gear chain to give precision measurements for the non-resettable totalising counter as well as driving a pulse output corresponding to the flow rate.

Cold Water Meter Pulsed Output

The pulsed output from each of the brass bodied water metres is a volt free signal corresponding to the water meters rated K Factor or Constant.

CTFI 15

CTFI 15

The CTFI 15 is a 15mm or 1/2" BSP threaded water meter designed to accurately measure the volume of water passing through it.

The CTFI 15 as a 1/2" BSP threaded water meter is suitable for a maximum flow rate of 1.5 m/ Hr and has the option of a K Constant of K=0.25 or K=1.0, giving a pulsed output of 1 pulse per 0.25 Litres or 1 pulse per 1 Litre respectively. 

In addition to the pulsed output the CTFI 15 has a non-resettable mechanical counter located on the face of the water meter.

CTFI 20

CTFI 20

The CTFI 20 is a 20mm or 3/4" BSP threaded water meter designed to accurately measure the volume of water passing through it. 

The CTFI 20 as a 3/4" BSP threaded water meter is suitable for a maximum flow rate of 2.5 m/ Hr and has a K Constant of K=1.0, giving a pulsed out of 1 pulse per 1 Litre

In addition to the pulsed output the CTFI 20 has a non-resettable mechanical counter located on the face of the water meter.

The CTFI 25 as a 1" BSP threaded water meter is suitable for a maximum flow rate of 3.5 m/ Hr and has a K Constant of K=1.0, giving a pulsed out of 1 pulse per 1 Litre
