The P8027-10B is an uncompromised pH probe which despite it's fully exposed pH bulb, is tough and designed for harsh industrial environments.

The P8027-10B has two 3/4" male threads.  One at the front allowing it to be mounted inline with pipework for continuous online pH measurement and the other at the rear, allowing for mounting from a riser tube, to become a dip mounting pH sensor.

The P8027-10B is a tough pH probe designed for harsh chemical environments and continual operation whether tank mounted or inline mounted.

The exposed glass pH bulb is protected by a pH guard, so reducing the probability of being compromised by solids in pipework, or under agitation in a vessel with a tank mounted mixer.

The full glass pH bulb and annular reference junction ensure that the response time is rapid to fluctuations in pH value, where process pH has to be held at a specific value or corrected to a pH value. Combined with a double junction for the prevention of electrode poisoning means that this tough pH probe is most commonly found to be used by electroplaters.

The body is manufactured in Kynar (PVDF) for giving this tough pH probe a mechanically strong and chemically resistant outer body. The hexagonal shape of the body makes it possible for this tough pH probe to be tightly screwed into place using a wrench.

With a double junction to prevent electrode poisoning, the probe has a non-fouling annular ceramic reference and an exposed pH bulb. The P8027-10B combines rapid response times and accurate pH measurement with a tough resilience, demanded for process control and measurement within the industry.

Fitted with a 10 ft pH connecting cable and terminating with a BNC connector as standard, the P8027-10B is simple to connect to most pH controllers.

The body is manufactured from chemically resistant and mechanically strong Kynar (PVDF) and with a ceramic non-fouling reference, this tough pH probe can be immersed in some of the harshest environments while maintaining continual and accurate pH measurement.

The wetted parts make the P8027-10B suitable for an operational temperature between 0-100ºC.
