HC3315

Offline Chemical Feeder with 6.5Kg Capacity

Offline chemical feeder HC3315 with capacity of 6.5Kg for treating up to 847'000 litres of water.

HC3315 Offline Chemcial Feeder with an internal capacity of 6.5Kg which can provide up to 847m3 of treated water.

Offline Chemical Feeder HC3315 Introduction

The HC3315 is our offline chemical feeder / tablet holder with a capacity of 6.5Kg which is designed to provide disinfected or treated water for use in legionella control into industrial applications or to provide process water for residential or commercial swimming pools.

The HC3315 is manufactured in specially formulated GRP making it suitable for either Bromine Tablets or Chlorine (Trichlor).  This model provides one of the easiest ways to deliver treated water into industrial processes such as legionella prevention in cooling tower applications or sanitised water for municipal or commercial swimming pools.

With a capacity of 6.5Kg of tablets, the HC3315 can provide sanitised or disinfected water suitable for 375m3 swimming pools when using Bromine or 847m3 when used with Chlorine (trichlor).

Offline Chemical Feeder

The HC3315 is only suitable for offline installation.  This means that a bypass line should be installed from the main process delivery line.  The bypass line then returns back to the process line, allowing the treated water to be delivered to the process.

The HC3315 must be installed offline.

We strongly recommend that the HC3315 offline chemical feeder is installed as the final piece of equipment to the process.  This means after any pumps, filters, heat exchangers or other control equipment, so that the disinfected water doesn't interfere with any prior process.  We also recommend that a non-return valve, such as our NRV-100, is fitted between the offline chemical feeder inlet and the chemical feeder outlet to prevent the back flow of chemicals.

Designed for an offline installation, the HC3315 is suitable for a maximum pressure of 3.4 Bar.  For processes that operate with a higher pressure, a High Pressure Brominator might be a more suitable alternative.

Heavy Duty Control Valve

The HC3315 is fitted with a front mounted control valve allowing the amount of chemical delivered by the HC3315 to be accurately adjusted, so you can be confident that the correct amount of sanitised water is delivered into your process.

Offline Chemical Feeder HC3315 Installation

Offline installation of the HC3315 chemical feeder is incredibly simple. Supplied complete with 1" PVC threaded fittings the HC3315 can be easily installed as a permanent part of the pipework, ensuring even delivery of sanitised water into the process.

In addition to an easy installation, the HC3315 includes an integrated air vent valve to prevent the offline chemical feeder from becoming air-locked.

For periodic maintenance, the HC3315 has a top mounted locking ring, a screen & check ball and a front mounted drain valve.  The snap lock top with locking ring makes refilling the HC3315 incredibly simple and when combined with the check ball, screen and drain valve, cleaning and providing periodic maintenance to the HC3315 couldn't be easier.

HC3315 Features & Benefits

The HC3315 offers a simple way of delivering a large volume of treated water into a process to remove pathogens and provide disinfection or legionella control.  It is suitable for process control applications as well as for small residential or commercial swimming pools and Spas.

Designed for an offline installation with a total capacity of 6.5Kg of either Bromine or Chlorine (trichlor), the HC3315 can provide disinfected water whish is suitable for pools with a volume of 375m3 using Bromine or 847m3 using Chlorine (trichlor) and where the pressure inline doesn't exceed 3.4 Bar.

One significant advantage of using an offline chemical feeder such as the HC3315 is that it offers water treatment with no ongoing running costs and minimal preventive maintenance and cleaning.

The 1" PVC threaded connections allow simple integration into rigid pipework for a permanent offline installation to provide continuous and hassle free water treatment.

With its heavy duty control valve, the HC3315 is easily able to regulate the amount of treated water that it provides.

The HC3315 is an excellent choice for water treatment applications where a consistent delivery of a large volume of sanitised or disinfected water is required.
