AT2 Red Dosing Pump Series
Our AT2 Red Dosing Pump series are dosing pumps, designed for continuous operation for water treatment, effluent treatment and process control application. The AT2 dosing pump range have wetted parts tailored for use with process chemicals and concentrated chemical reagents and offer an output up to 8.0 Litres / Hour and up to 12.0 Bar pressure.
The AT2 series of red dosing pump are suitable for either surface mounting using the supplied wall mounting bracket or for foot mounting applications using the optional foot mounting stand.
AT2 Dosing Pump Control Options
Within the AT2 range we offer a number of different control options as listed below:-
The AT2-BL dosing pump range are continuous flow rate dosing pumps, where the output flow rate can be manually adjusted. The manual control can be operated across 0 - 100% of the rated output and in the low flow mode, allows for precision control of the pump across 0 - 20% of the output, ideal for low volume applications where a small amount of chemical reagent has to be precisely metered into a process.
The AT2-BL dosing pump range are continuous flow rate dosing pumps, where the output flow rate can be manually adjusted. The manual control can be operated across 0 - 100% of the rated output and in the low flow mode, it allows for precision control of the pump across 0 - 20% of the output It was designed primarily for low volume dosing applications.
The AT2-BL includes an input from a volt free contact which can be connected to an optional float switch to stop the pump when a low chemical level is present.
The AT2-AM dosing pump range are proportional control dosing pumps to a Pulsed Input or a 4-20mA input. In these models the flow rate or speed of the dosing pump is automatically adjusted as the number of pulses coming into the pump changes or as the 4-20mA input from a control instrument changes. Ideal for chlorine dosing or for process control applications where the amount of chemical reagent has to be precisely metered, such as for pH correction.
The AT2-AM also includes a volt free input for use with an optional float switch, as well as a flow verification input and an alarm relay output.
The AT2-MT dosing pump range are microprocessor controlled dosing pumps which offer PPM Dosing, Batch Dosing, or Timer Controlled dosing, as well as manually adjustable dosing pumps, proportional to a Pulsed Input, proportional to a 4-20mA input, or from a volt free start signal. The AT2-MT microprocessor controlled pumps offer sophisticated control methodology, including proportional control which can be configured in the pump software, PPM dosing, which allows a set PPM rate to be achieved (perfect for chlorine dosing), batch dosing, which transfers a set volume of chemical reagent, and timer dosing, which allows the pump to run for a set period of time.
The AT2-MT includes an input for use with an optional float switch, flow verification input, remote start / stop input (which can be used with a flow sensor), and an alarm relay output.

AT2 Dosing Pump Series
The AT2-BX dosing pump series are manually adjustable constant flow rate dosing pumps with a maximum output between 0 - 8.0 Litres per hour and maximum pressure up to 12.0 Bar.
Using the front mounted potentiometer, the AT2-BX can be adjusted from 0 - 100% of the rated output. Using the special low dosing mode, the range can be restricted to 0 -20% of the rated output to ensure precision dosing, even at low flow rates.
The AT2-BX is powered from a switch mode power supply, to operate from 100 - 240 VAC 50 / 60Hz.
The AT2-BL dosing pump series are manually adjustable constant flow rate dosing pumps with a maximum output from 0 - 8.0 Litres per hour and maximum pressure up to 12.0 Bar.
Using the front mounted potentiometer the AT2-BL can be adjusted from 0 - 100% of the rated output. Using the special low dosing mode the range can be restricted to 0 -20% of the rated output to ensure precision dosing even at low flow rates.
The AT2-BL also has a volt free contact input which can connected to a low level float switch to stop the pump when there is a low chemical level present.
The AT2-BL is powered from a switch mode power supply to operate from 100 - 240 VAC 50 / 60Hz.
The AT2-AM dosing pump series have a maximum output from 0 - 8.0 Litres per hour and maximum pressure up to 12.0 Bar and can operate at either a constant flow rate which is manually adjustable, dose proportional to a pulsed input signal or dose proportional to a 4-20mA input signal.
When dosing proportional to a 4-20mA signal the maximum output can be configured in the pump. When dosing proportional to a pulsed input (from a water meter / pH controller) the AT2-AM allows the user to multiply or divide the number of pulses if required, ensuring the right amount of chemical reagent is dosed into the process.
The AT2-AM includes a number of additional inputs and outputs including a volt free signal input for low-level, flow verification signal input, and an alarm relay output.
