Inline Flow Conductivity Cells

Our range of inline flow conductivity cells are designed to be installed as a permanent piece of pipework into a system to give continuous conductivity measurement of a solution flowing within the pipework.

The inline flow conductivity cells are supplied with all the required parts to become a permanent part of your pipework. We combine our inline flow conductivity cells with a quick release fitting to allow the easy removal of the conductivity cell from the inline flow holder for periodic calibration and cleaning.

Inline Flow Conductivity Cell Constants

Our inline flow conductivity cells are available with a choice of cell constants. We have a K=0.1 conductivity cell for use with a range of 0 -  10mS (10,000µS) and a K=1.0 cell which is designed to measure across 0 - 50mS (50,000µS).

Inline Flow Conductivity Cell with Automatic Temperature Compensation

Our inline flow conductivity cells are available with automatic temperature compensation so that the measured conductivity value is automatically compensated for temperature fluctuations of the measured solution.

FL3-01

FL3-01

The FL3-01 is an inline or flow-line conductivity cell with a cell constant K=0.1 for measuring clean water applications.

As an inline conductivity cell the FL3-01 is designed to become a permanent piece of pipework, and is supplied with tee-piece and quick release fitting for easy removal.

The FL3-01 is designed to work across a range of 0 - 2000µS (2mS) and is commonly used in de-min exchange plants and potable water applications.

FL3-10

The FL3-10 is an inline or flow-line conductivity cell with a cell constant K=1.0 for measuring clean water applications.

As an inline conductivity cell the FL3-10 is designed to become a permanent piece of pipework, and is supplied with tee-piece and quick release fitting for easy removal.

The FL3-01 is designed to work across a range of 0 - 20'000µS (20mS) and is commonly used for TDS control of recirculating cooling water applications and in borehole water applications.
