AT4 Red Dosing Pump Series
Our AT4 high flow rate Red Dosing Pump series are dosing pumps designed for continuous operation for water treatment, effluent treatment and process control applications where a high flow rate is required. The AT4 dosing pump range have wetted parts tailored for use with process chemicals as well as concentrated chemical reagents and offer an output up to 60.0 Litres / Hour and up to 5.0 Bar pressure.
The AT4 series of red dosing pump are suitable for either surface mounting using the supplied wall mounting bracket or for foot mounting applications using the optional foot mounting stand.
AT4 Dosing Pump Control Options
Within the AT4 range, we offer a number of different control options as listed below:-
The AT4-BL high flow rate dosing pump range are continuous flow rate dosing pumps, where the output flow rate can be manually adjusted. The manual control can be operated across 0 - 100% of the rated output and in the low flow mode allows for precision control of the pump across 0 - 20% of the output. It is ideal for low volume applications where a small amount of chemical reagent has to be precisely metered into a process.
The AT4-BL high flow rate dosing pump range are continuous flow rate dosing pumps, designed primarily for low volume dosing applications.
The AT4-BL includes an input from a volt free contact which can be connected to an optional float switch to stop the pump when a low chemical level is present.
The AT4-AM high flow rate dosing pump range are proportional control dosing pumps to a Pulsed Input or a 4-20mA input. With these models, the flow rate or speed of the dosing pump is automatically adjusted as the number of pulses coming into the pump changes or as the 4-20mA input from a control instrument changes. Ideal for chlorine dosing or for process control applications where the amount of chemical reagent has to be precisely metered, such as pH correction.
The AT4-AM also includes a volt free input for use with an optional float switch, a flow verification input and an alarm relay output.
The AT4-MT dosing pump range are microprocessor controlled dosing pumps which offer PPM Dosing, Batch Dosing, or Timer Controlled dosing, as well as being manually adjustable dosing pumps, proportional to a Pulsed Input, proportional to a 4-20mA input, or from a volt free start signal. The AT4-MT microprocessor controlled pumps offer sophisticated control methodology, including proportional control which can be configured in the pump software, PPM dosing. This allows a set PPM rate to be achieved, perfect for chlorine dosing, batch dosing, which transfers a set volume of chemical reagent, and timer dosing, which allows the pump to run for a set period of time.
The AT4-MT includes an input for use with an optional float switch, flow verification input, remote start / stop input, which can be used with a flow sensor, and an alarm relay output.

AT4 Dosing Pump Series
AT4-BX
The AT4-BX dosing pump series are manually adjustable constant flow rate dosing pumps with a maximum output from 0 - 60.0 Litres per hour and maximum pressure up to 5.0 Bar.
Using the front mounted potentiometer the AT4-BX can be adjusted from 0 - 100% of the rated output. Using the special low dosing mode the range can be restricted to 0 -20% of the rated output to ensure precision dosing even at low flow rates.
The AT4-BX is powered from a switch mode power supply to operate from 100 - 240 VAC 50 / 60Hz.
AT4-BL
The AT4-BL dosing pump series are manually adjustable constant flow rate dosing pumps with a maximum output from 0 - 60.0 Litres per hour and maximum pressure up to 5.0 Bar.
Using the front mounted potentiometer the AT4-BL can be adjusted from 0 - 100% of the rated output. Using the special low dosing mode the range can be restricted to 0 -20% of the rated output to ensure precision dosing even at low flow rates.
The AT4-BL also has a volt free contact input which can connected to a low level float switch to stop the pump when there is a low chemical level present.
The AT4-BL is powered from a switch mode power supply to operate from 100 - 240 VAC 50 / 60Hz.
AT4-AM
