Easy to use Conductivity Controller with Set-point Relay

The Model C3645-W Conductivity Controller is designed to be as easy to use as possible without compromising on accuracy.

When paired with a good quality insertion conductivity cell or dip mounting conductivity cell, the C3645 will display precision conductivity measurements in either µS (micro-siemens) or mS (milli-siemens).

Available in a surface mounting enclosure or as a Din-Rail mounted unit for mounting on the back plate of a control panel.

The C3645-W easy to use Conductivity controller has a large easy to read LCD display giving good visibility of the current conductivity value to an operator.

The C3645-W can be powered from either 115 VAC or 230 VAC 50/60Hz.

The C3645-W will work with any good quality AWE conductivity cell instruments from our K=0.01, K=0.1, K=1.0 and K=10.0 cell constants.

When the C3645 is provided in Din Rail mounting configuration, it measures just 105mm wide x 100mm high x 58mm deep. When supplied in the surface mounting enclosure the unit measures 135mm wide x 170mm high and 115mm deep.

When in surface mounting configuration, the conductivity controller has a clear door for easy access to the simple to use controls, allowing the operator to calibrate the instrument or set the two set points from the front panel.

The value of the set-point is easy to determine using the front mounted potentiometers. By selecting a value at which the set-point should operate and either a high or low level operation to engage the set-point.


C3645-W Simple Conductivity Controller with Automatic Temperature Compensation

To ensure that the C3645-W is providing precision measurements in environments with fluctuating temperatures, the C3645-W works with a conductivity cell with integrated temperature compensation. The measured conductivity value is automatically compensated for with a factor of 2% per ºC from a base of 20.

The temperature compensation operates from a value of 0-100ºC across the full measured range of the conductivity controller.


C3645-W easy to use Conductivity Controller with Set-point with On/Off Control Relay.

The C3645-W has an easy to programme on/off control set point with an adjustable time delay of up to 40 seconds before the relay operates. The relay co-operation can be selected for either high or low operation, via the means of a control switch.

When the setpoint is configured for use under low operation, then when the monitored Conductivity value is lower than the set-point value, the LED is lit and the corresponding relay is activated. If the relay has the delay function activated, then the timer will be called until the relay is activated.

The C3645 is designed for use under high operation, then when the monitored Conductivity value is higher than the setpoint, the LED is lit and the corresponding relay is activated. Again, if a delay has been assigned to the relay, then the relay will wait until this delay has expired before activating the relay.

As the C3645-W is an easy to use conductivity controller with excellent control options, it makes an excellent choice as a cost effective conductivity controller for many processes including rinse water control, conductivity controlled bleed or system purge, water treatment processes and solution strength control.


C3645-W easy to use Conductivity Controller with 4-20mA output

The C3645-W easy to use conductivity controller has an industry standard 4-20mA output isolated to 500Ω. This 4-20mA output can be used with a variety of control equipment including PLC's and Chart Recorders. The 4-20mA output in this instrument is non-expandable meaning that the current output is not suitable for use with proportional control dosing pumps, but does correspond precisely to the measured range of the instrument selected.
