The P1627-10B online pH probe has dual mounting threads placed at the front and rear of the pH probe. The rear 3/4" male thread allows the 1627-10B to be mounted into a riser tube such as the PTT100S for dip mounting in an open vessel or unpressurised tank.

The front thread is also a 3/4" male, designed to be screwed into pipework so that the 1627-10B can be used as an online pH probe for continual pH measurement.

The 1627-10B uses our specially manufactured ceramic tuff tip, non-fouling liquid end, to ensure a rapid response time to changes in pH value as well as unparalleled precision pH measurement.

The pH bulb uses low impedance pH glass formed into a flat glass shape. This means that the glass pH bulb is virtually unbreakable during standard usage. It is designed so that when the online pH probe is mounted into a pipe where solids are present, the chances of a solid compromising the pH bulb are significantly reduced.

The 1627-10B online pH probe has a sealed reference, double junction and our high temperature gel ensuring it is compatible in almost all industrial environments. The pH body is manufactured in PVDF with a ceramic tuff tip reference, making this pH probe suitable for a temperature range from 0-100ºC.

1627-10B Online pH Probe Features & Benefits 

A superb pH probe with a rear mounting 3/4" male thread for dip pH probe assemblies and a front mounting 3/4" male thread to convert to an online pH probe.

The tuff tip style magna flow junction and virtually unbreakable flat pH glass bulb ensure that this probe is designed to remain online for continuous pH measurement in a pipe or vessel.

The double junction and high temperature gel make the pH probe an excellent choice for industrial environments being suitable for temperatures from 0-100ºC.

The 1627-10B is manufactured in a combination of PVDF body and ceramic tuff tip magna flow reference.

The online pH probe 1627-10B is fitted with a 10 ft length of pH connection cable, terminating in a BNC connector as standard.

Note:- One consideration of the online pH probe is that the insertion length is 46mm from thread to pH bulb making this unsuitable for pipework, less than 2" in diameter.
