The P800-10B has a rear mounted 3/4" thread allowing it to be mounted into a riser tube to become a submersion mounted pH assembly for use in open tanks and vessels.

The front mounted 3/4" male thread enables the industrial pH probe P800-10B to be mounted into pipework, ensuring continual online pH measurement.

With a recessed pH bulb and specially manufactured tough tip, magna-flow and non-fouling reference, the measurement side of the P800-10B is mechanically very strong, making this a hard wearing industrial pH probe.

In applications where solids are present which have velocity such as in pipework with constant flow or tanks under agitation from an industrial mixer the P800-10B is resistant to damage from collision with solids.


Industrial pH probe P800-10B

The P800-10B has the tuff-tip and recessed glass bulb. To make the industrial pH probe suitable for a wide range of environments the tuff-tip in the P800-10B is manufactured from chemically resistant PTFE.

The tuff-tip is non fouling and the recessed pH bulb is designed to be as difficult to break as possible. This means that despite the installation method (dip mounting or inline mounting) the pH probe is designed to remain in place with removal only required for periodic calibration.

The body of the pH probe is manufactured from tough kynar (PVDF) and with the PTFE reference and recessed glass pH bulb, this instrument was designed from the outset as a tough industrial pH probe. Mechanically strong with a hexagonal body for use with a wrench and robust against industrial chemicals.

The P800-10B is fitted with a 10 ft connecting cable and BNC connector as standard for easy mounting to a pH instrument.

Designed for mounting in non-pressurised vessels or in pipework using ether the front or rear mounted 3/4" male thread.

The materials of construction are uncompromised, boasting a body manufactured in Kynar (PVDF) and a tuff-tip non fouling reference in PTFE.

The glass pH bulb is recessed to prevent mechanical damage from solids or particles in suspension and with velocity such as in pipework or vessels where mixers are present.

Double junction with silver, silver-chloride (Ag-AgCl) reference to prevent electrode poisoning while maintaining precision pH readings and rapid response to changes in pH values for process critical industrial applications.

Designed for industrial environments and rated for a temperature range of 0-100ºC.


Industrial pH probe with temperature compensation P800-TC1-10B

For our process critical industrial customers we offer the P800-TC1-10B as an ex-stock industrial pH probe with built in temperature compensation.

As with all our pH probes with integral temperature compensation the temperature measuring device is mounted with the pH bulb itself.

This means that the temperature is measured at the same location as the pH is measured. Therefore the most accurate temperature for compensation can take place because there is no disparity between the location of the temperature sensor and the industrial pH probe.

We offer the P800-TC1-T-10B industrial pH probe with temperature probe as an ex-stock item for units compatible with our pH controller range. We are able to offer customers the P800-TC1-10B with a custom temperature sensor to order.
