Service Engineer

Automated Water & Effluent Ltd are a supplier of analytical instrumentation and control for water, waste water, and process control. Due to demand we are looking for an experienced Instrument Engineer who lives locally, to join our team as a Service Engineer. Product training to be given, where necessary.

Responsibilities

Initially the Service Engineer will be based at our Stafford facility, to be trained on our range of equipment.
Work will include the testing of finished equipment prior to despatch to customers.
After a successful induction, the applicant will accompany our field Service Engineers on site visits before taking on the role of field Service Engineer.
The Service Engineer will visit customer sites to carry out routine servicing, calibration and commissioning of new equipment.

Qualifications & Skills

The Service Engineer role involves carrying out work both at our Stafford facility and our customers premises.
We welcome applicants that are conscientious in their approach and presentable to our customers.
The Service Engineer should be well organised and be able to work as a member of our Service Team.
A qualification in Electrical/Instrumentation or Electronic Engineer is desirable, although appropriate experience in an industrial environment in a similar position will be considered.
