Obsolete Dosing Pumps Electronic

We have supplied dosing pumps from several international manufacturers during the early days of our company, these where mainly engineered into systems. Unfortunately we found ourselves competing with our suppliers, hence we made other arrangments. The pumps listed below were supplied during the early 1990s before standardising on our RED electronic dosing pumps as shown in the products section.

Model IBD

Model IBD wall mounting dosing pump sold during the early 1990s Outputs up to 7 L/hr very few are believed to be left in service

Replacement pump is the F Series or the V series with outputs up to 10L/hr against 10 bar pressure with various control functions.

Hedgehog Pump

Commonly called the ‘hedgehog pump’ because of its shape, advantages were the foot mounting pump could be dismantaled and reassembled for wall mounting. Disadvantage was the alloy housing suffered from condensation inside the housing and attack from chemical on the outside, which is why so few survived..

Replacements for surface mounting are the G series pumps, and for foot mounting the superb CMS series .Please note all our Red Electronic pumps are housed in glass filled moulded polcarbonate housings which are corrosion resistant and sealed to an IP65 (Nema 4X) standard
