Level Measurement and Pressure Transmitter

Our level measuring instruments are used in a wide variety of industrial applications where a customer has a vessel or sump where the level or contents needs to be measured and controlled. Applications including Water Treatment and Waste Water Treatment, Food and Brewing, Chemical and Oil Processing Plants. We are also able to design and build complete level measurement and control panels including motor starters indicators and recorder/data loggers to customer requirements.

Ultrasonic Level Measurement

Ideal for level measurement on foam and vapour free liquids we offer transmitters where the electrical output may be connected to remote indicators and controllers. These systems can be tailor made for your application. We also supply two part systems with a controller and ultrasonic level measurement head to work as a single unit, ideal for control of duty and assist pumps.

MF-C Level transmitter 2” BSP mounting 0.4 - 8m, output 4- 20 mA

Pressure Transmitter: Hydrostatic Level Measurement

By measuring the hydrostatic head with either an insertion or suspended pressure transmitter or pressure transducer the liquid level maybe measured.

Remember to take into account the SG of the liquid being measured when calibrating the selected indicator or controller in level units.

Level Measurement - Indicators and Controllers

To complement our range of pressure transmitters we offer a range of panel and surface mounting level measurement indicators and controllers.

BC7335 Panel mounting process meter with LED display.

The BC7335 is a cost effective level measurement unit featuring a 4 digit red LED display which provides excellent visibility and also allows the user with messages to aid the setup and operation of the controller

Two programmable control relays are fitted, the control relays can be programmed for either high or low operation and have adjustable delay timers.

The isolated current output corresponds to the measuring range selected and can be selected for either 0 - 20mA or 4 - 20 mA

The electrical and sensor connections are on the rear of the instrument by means of retractable terminal blocks, which provide easy installation and maintenance.

The BC7335 Level Controller in a 96mm x 48mm Din enclosure operates from a mains supply 86 - 264 VAC

Level Controllers and Level Indicators

The BC7635 Panel mounting level controller with 4 digit LED display combines excellent visibility as well as user messages for setup and operation. The front panel includes all 8 keys that allow the user access to all the controllers functions

The level controller comes with two programmable control relays. These can be programmed for either high or low operation and have adjustable delay timers.

One adjustable alarm relay with delay timer is fitted which maybe set to operate on both a high and low measured value.

The isolated current output corresponds to the measuring range selected and can be either 0 - 20 mA or 4 - 20 mA
