Electronic Dosing Pumps

Applications for our red electronic metering or dosing pumps are numerous to meet the applications we offer pumps which will mount on a flat vertical surface such as a wall which will draw the chemical from a chemical carboy. The wall mounting pumps are available in 3 series the tradition F series which is being replaced by the more powerful V series offering outputs from 0 -1 litre per hour to 0 -17 L/hr.

The G series of surface mounting dosing pumps offer outputs up to 100 L/Hr. Surface mounting pumps have a fixed stroke and variable frequency (speed). For applications requiring a greater level of accuracy and turndown ration we offer foot mounting pumps where the pump is mounted on a flat horizontal surface such as the top of one of our dosing tanks. Foot mounting dosing pumps have both adjustable stroke length and frequency adjustment. Again we have two ranges of pumps the K series with outputs ranging from 0 - 1 L/Hr to 0 to 16 L/Hr and the CMS series with outputs ranging from 0 - 5 l/Hr to 0 - 60L/hr.

Traditionally our customers associate us with Water, Waste Water (Effluent) Treatment and pH or Redox control. However, every water to waste water treatment plant has a process that uses the water or produces that waste water. In that process are many applications for accurately metering the required chemical treatment additives to ensure efficient and cost effective production.

F Series Dosing Pumps

FCO pump, red

We have been supplying the F series dosing pumps since 1994 and have a large installed base of these cost effective reliable dosing pumps.

The FCO is a simple dosing pump with outputs up to 7 l/Hr against 5 bar pressure. The pumps have a fixed stroke length and the output is controlled by adjusting the pump frequency or number of strokes per minute the pump solenoid makes.

The FPV is a pump where the flow rate is manually adjustable or automatically controlled from volt-free contact closure (external pacing) in either a contacting head water meter or pH controller to provide proportional dosing.

The F series may be used for a wide variety of industrial applications including: Detergent dosing, Cooling Tower Biocide and Inhibitor dosing, Swimming Pool treatment, Chemical dosing, and pH adjustment of many processes.

F Series pumps are supplied with accessories comprising of foot valve strainer unit, injection fitting soft PVC and rigid LDPE hoses. Mains supply single phase 230 VAC. Others on request.

V Series Dosing Pumps

V-series pump

The V series of electromagnetic dosing pump are designed to replace the F series offering a larger range of output sizes with increased flow or pressure outputs. Also the V series features a moulded PVDF head offering greater chemical resistance to a wide range of chemicals.

Outputs range from 0 - 1 L/Hr against 20 Bar to 0 - 17 L/Hr against 2 Bar (different models) Please note the V Series housing is slightly larger than the F series.

The VMS-MF digital multi function pump is menu driven which allows various control options to be selected. The pump can simply be set to a precise output in either litres or a number of strokes per minute, be controlled by a volt free external contact (external pacing) with a multiple or divide function by up to 999. The output can also be selected to be proportional to an electrical signal of voltage or current IE 4 – 20mA current signal. To prevent the pump running dry there is a low level float switch input which stops the pump.

Also available on special order are pumps with either a pH input or Redox mV input from their appropriate electrode.

Dual Headed Pumps

To complement the V series range we have 2 special pumps designed for specific tasks where two pumps and a controller would be required.

Combined Controller & Pumps

EPHRHD Combined dual controller and dual dosing pumps for pH (acid dosing) and ORP/ Redox (disinfectant dosing) either pump head is independent feeding or acid priority.

WT4 Dual Headed Dosing pumps

WT4 dosing pump

WT4 Dosing pumps have 2 PVDF heads with microprocessor controls featuring Flow proportional dosing from external contacts, counter timer, dose and delay timer or 7/28 day real time clock. Applications include cooling water dosing and control of either dual biocides on 7/28 day timers or single biocide and flow proportional to make up water inhibitor dosing.

G Series Dosing Pumps

GCO pump

The G series pumps offer larger output of unto 100 L/Hr at 0 Bar and have a fixed stroke length, the output is controlled by adjusting the pump frequency or number of strokes per minute the pump solenoid makes. This is achieved by adjusting the control knob scaled 0 - 100% which corresponds to 0 - 120 strokes per minute. The GPV is a pump where the flow rate is manually adjustable or automatically controlled from volt-free contact closure (external pacing) in either a contacting head water meter or pH controller to provide proportional dosing. Supplied with accessories comprising of foot valve strainer unit, injection fitting soft PVC and ridged LDPE hoses. Mains supply single phase 230 VAC others on request.

K Series Dosing Pumps

HCO pump

The KCO Dosing pumps feature a manually adjustable stroke length and stroke frequency which provides an excellent turn down ratio from the maximum rated output. The KPV is a pump where the flow rate is manually adjustable or automatically controlled from volt-free contact closure (external pacing) in either a contacting head water meter or pH controller to provide proportional dosing. Supplied with accessories comprising of foot valve strainer unit, injection fitting soft PVC and ridged LDPE hoses. Mains supply single phase 230 VAC others on request.

CMS-PV Dosing Pumps

CMS PV Series

The CMS-PV Dosing pumps feature a manually adjustable stroke length and stroke frequency which may be selected to be either set manually or controlled by external pacing pulses from a contacting head water meter or pH controller For flow proportional dosing applications the external pulsed signal may be either set to mbe multiplied or divided to take into account of water meters of varying K factors to achieve the precise dose rate. The CMS range of pumps are manufactured in glass filled Polypropylene housings which provide weatherproof protection to IP65. Supplied with each pump are accessories comprising of foot valve strainer unit, injection fitting and soft PVC and/or ridged LDPE hoses.
